Privacy

Last updated: 14 October 2026. In short: we keep a copy of your biodata for 12 months, use it only to help you, and never sell it.

What we store

When you open the preview or download, we save a copy of your biodata (everything you typed), your photos and the PDF. We also save your email address if you ask us to email the PDF, the type of device and browser you used (not the full device details), and how you found us (the page you landed on, the website that sent you, and any campaign tags in the link). Your draft is also kept in your own browser so you can come back to it. You do not need an account.

Why

So we can resend or fix your biodata if you ask, and to understand which designs and languages help families so we can improve the service. If you ask us to email your biodata, we use your email address to send it; we do not send marketing.

How long

12 months. After that the biodata, photos, PDF and related records are deleted automatically.

Who sees it

Only us. We never sell or share it, and never use it for advertising. Your details are also sent to our rendering server to draw the preview and the PDF; it does not keep them.

Asking for deletion

Write to us from the contact page or reply to any email we sent you, with the name on the biodata, and we will delete it. Pressing “Reset form” or clearing this site's data removes the copy in your browser.

The chat helper (optional)

If you choose to fill the form by chatting, each message — with the rows of your form — goes to an AI service so it can reply and fill the form for you. Your photo is never sent. If you do not use the chat, nothing goes there.

Contact form

If you write to us, we keep your message and any contact details you give so we can reply.

Analytics

We may count visits and which pages are used, without your name or anything you type into the biodata, to learn which parts of the site help families.
